Visit my Workshop
Collaster Croft is the home of Sheep Dreams Shetland workshop where the beautiful fleeces of my own sheep and fleeces from sheep of friends and neighbours are made into seat pads and felt products. The sheep provide me with their fleeces every year, I do not use sheepskins.
The workshop is currently closed for the winter.

Different Honeys
Our spring and summer honey is collected from willow, marsh marigold, dandelion, white and red clover and many more native wild flowers. Our autumn honey is primarily heather. The summer honey is lighter with a creamy taste compared to the thicker and darker heather honey which is often set.

Meet the Flock
All my sheep are castrated males, so no lambing at Collaster Croft. They all have names, and most are very tame. They all come for a bucket of sheepnuts.
There are six coloured Sheltand, five white Shetlands, two white Shetland x Cheviot, and one Valais Blacknose x Cheviot.
We still have Christmas markets to attend. Our store will be online once we know what stock we have available. To be notified when the store is ready and Collaster Croft news, please subscribe to our newsletter.
